How Does It Work?

Diet Duo lets you use your iPhone or Android to take photos of your daily meals and upload it to your diet or nutritional coach. You can do this for each and every meal you have in the day.
Get Feedback Often
You and your coach discuss your meals and give encouragement when you stick to your meal plans. This happens several times daily which gives you quick feedback to keep you on track.

What do I do if I don't like my coach?

The experts on Diet Duo go through a vetting process and are hand picked by our panel. They're not just people who are knowledgeable in food science, but they are also personable and committed. They can be your new best friend.

However, we understand if you can't along with someone. If that's the case, we'll help you pick another coach more suited to your personality.

How often do I have to record my meals?

It's completely up to you and your coach. The more often you post the quicker they are able to respond and give you feedback. We all try to sneak in that odd chocolate. It's also best if you don't hide bad stuff. You're only cheating yourself.

What if I'm not seeing results?

We'll help as best as we can to educate you on good eating habits and give you great feedback on the meals you post. If you find you're not getting the results you're after, we'll find you another coach. Failing that, you can cancel at any time but we'll be sorry to see you go.
